Foundkit (“AI support assistant”, “we”, “us”, “our”) understands that your privacy is important. In the context of providing the Application to our customers, we are a data processor for any data that is processed within the Application. This means that we do not decide on the purposes of the data processing - it’s our customers that do and who act as data controllers for the data that is processed in the Application.

Foundkit takes information security very seriously. We work hard to protect Customer Data you give us from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. We utilize a variety of technical and organizational safeguards such as encryption, digital and physical access controls, non-disclosure agreements, and other technical and organizational measures to protect the Customer Data submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received.
We will retain Customer Data for as long in accordance with our customers’ needs. This means in most cases we will delete Customer Data shortly after termination of the contractual relationship with the customer.

Keep in mind that if you wish to exercise any of your privacy rights mentioned above you should forward them to our customer (data controller) who has a direct relationship with you because it is our customer who makes a final decision as to whether to fulfill any such requests.

Our Application is not directed to collect personal information from people under the age of 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to submit any personal information to our Application. If you believe your child may have provided us with their personal information, you can contact us using the information in the Contact Us section of this document and we will delete the personal information.
If we make any material change to this Policy, we will post the revised Policy to this web page and update the “Effective on” date above to reflect the date on which the new Policy became effective. We will also notify you about these changes via email.
